Jurisdictions

## One route, the right law.

Victoria Runs its own OHS Act 2004, not the model law. SafetyLM flags it whenever Victoria is chosen.

Western Australia Harmonised under the WHS Act 2020 (WA) from 31 March 2022.

New Zealand Works under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, flagged whenever New Zealand is chosen.

### Document Review

Attach a SWMS, JSA, procedure or report. What the document cites is kept apart from what the sources confirm.

### Citation Check

Every section an answer cites is checked against the passages it drew on. What isn't found is shown, not hidden.

## FAQ

**Does it cover chain of responsibility?**

It draws on the OHS Body of Knowledge, which covers chain of responsibility, alongside WHS regulator guidance. It isn't a heavy vehicle law tool, so check those obligations with the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator.

**Is SafetyLM legal advice?**

No. It supports qualified practitioners and creates no professional relationship. Check anything you act on against your regulator's current publication.

**Is our document kept?**

No. An attached document is read in your browser and sent only with your question. It is never stored.

**Can I use it on my phone?**

Yes. SafetyLM works in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen.
