## The speed and care a busy site needs.

### Review in minutes

A first pass on a SWMS, JSA or procedure in the document's own order, with what it cites kept apart from what the sources confirm.

### Find the gaps

Weak or missing controls are raised against the hierarchy of control, step by step, for you to take back to the subcontractor.

### Brief the crew

Toolbox talks and safety alerts drafted from sources you can check before they go out.

## How construction teams use SafetyLM

The guided tasks that do most of the work on site.

### Review a SWMS

Gaps, weak controls and what good looks like, in the document's own order.

[See the task](https://safetylm.ai/product/guided-tasks#review)

### Toolbox talk

A 10 to 15 minute facilitated discussion guide, not a lecture.

[See the task](https://safetylm.ai/product/guided-tasks#build)

### Prepare for an inspector visit

Before, during and after: rights, obligations, what to have ready, what not to do.

Jurisdictions

## One site, the right law.

Victoria Runs its own OHS Act 2004, not the model law. SafetyLM flags it whenever Victoria is chosen.

Western Australia Harmonised under the WHS Act 2020 (WA) from 31 March 2022.

New Zealand Works under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, flagged whenever New Zealand is chosen.

### Guided Tasks

The work practitioners do every week, from reviewing a SWMS to preparing a board paper, each starting from a practitioner's structure.

### Document Review

Attach a SWMS, JSA, procedure or report. What the document cites is kept apart from what the sources confirm.

### Citation Check

Every section an answer cites is checked against the passages it drew on. What isn't found is shown, not hidden.

## FAQ

**Can SafetyLM approve a SWMS for high-risk construction work?**

No. It reviews and flags gaps against the hierarchy of control. A competent person decides whether the SWMS is fit for the work, and SafetyLM should never be the only basis for that call.

**Which jurisdictions does it cover?**

All ten: the Commonwealth, every state and territory, and New Zealand. Victoria and New Zealand are flagged wherever they differ from the model laws.

**Is our document kept?**

No. An attached document is read in your browser and sent only with your question. It is never stored.

**Can the whole safety team use it?**

Yes. Teams of two to five people share one bill at A$39 a seat a month, and we set it up for you. Email hello@arrley.com.
