# Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This Policy is part of the [Terms of Use](https://safetylm.ai/terms) for SafetyLM at chat.safetylm.ai (and any other address we serve it from) (“the Service”), operated by Arrley Pty Ltd (ABN 87 701 846 148), trading as SafetyLM. It says what you may not do with the Service, and what happens if you do.

## 1. Use it for its purpose

The Service exists to help people working in Work Health and Safety in Australia and New Zealand think through a question, review a document, and find what the published material says. Use it for that. Use the answers in your own professional work, and check them before you rely on them.

## 2. What you may not do

Unlawful or harmful use. Do not use the Service for anything that breaks the law of Australia, New Zealand or the place you are in, or to plan, prepare or carry out harm to any person.

Other people’s information. Do not put personal information about other people into a question or a document beyond what the question needs. Remove names, contact details and identifying details from an incident report, a medical note or a complaint before you attach it unless the review genuinely needs them. Do not attach a document that contains another person’s health information unless you have the right to share it for that purpose.

Documents you have no right to share. Do not attach a document that is confidential to someone else without their permission, or that you are not entitled to copy.

Sharing or lending your account. An account is for one person. Do not share your password, let another person use your account, or create an account for someone else. Do not create a second account to obtain a second Preview or to get around a limit.

Automated access. Do not use scripts, bots, scrapers or any automated means to send questions, read answers or otherwise access the Service, and do not use the Service to build a product or dataset that competes with it. Ask us at [hello@arrley.com](mailto:hello@arrley.com) if you need programmatic access.

Extracting our material. Do not attempt to extract, copy or reconstruct the knowledge base, the notes, the instructions the models run on, or the Service’s software, whether by asking the Service to reveal them or by any other means.

Defeating the Service’s limits. Do not attempt to make the Service produce what it is designed to refuse, such as a penalty figure it cannot source, by rephrasing, role-play, hidden instructions in a document, or any other technique. Do not interfere with the Service, probe its security, or send it content designed to disrupt it.

Misrepresenting its output. Do not present an answer from the Service to another person as legal advice, as a regulator’s statement, or as your own professional advice, unless you have reviewed it and take responsibility for it. Do not remove the Service’s statements about what was and was not found in its sources when you pass an answer on.

Resale. Do not sell, rent or otherwise provide access to the Service, or answers taken from it in bulk, to people who are not members.

## 3. What happens if you break this Policy

If we believe you have broken this Policy we may warn you, limit what your account can do, suspend it, or close it. Where we reasonably can, we tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. A serious or repeated breach, or one that puts other people at risk, may lead to immediate closure. If we close your account for a serious or repeated breach of this Policy, we do not refund the period you have paid for, and we may decline to let you join again; for any other breach the Terms of Use say what is refunded.

Where the law requires, or where someone is at risk of harm, we may report conduct to a regulator or to the police.

## 4. Reporting a problem

If you see the Service being misused, or if the Service produces something that concerns you, tell us at [hello@arrley.com](mailto:hello@arrley.com).

## 5. Changes to this Policy

The current version is always at safetylm.ai/acceptable-use with its date. For a change that matters to you, we email members before it takes effect.
